The Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce will hold its first Quarterly Business Luncheon on Wednesday, March 5, 2008. As in the past, this Luncheon will be held at corporate member Doubletree Grand Hotel, 1717 N. Bayshore Drive , 2nd Floor, in downtown Miami .

At this luncheon, we will award the “Maurice A. Ferre Puerto Rican Achievers Award” to our long time friend and Chamber member, Nilsa Velazquez, President and CEO of KIDCO Child Care, Inc. Also receiving awards for their community contributions will be Mr. Frank Otero, President and CEO of Paco Group Inc. and Ms. Barbara Romani, Community Relations Director at Citibank.

This meeting is open to the public. The cost is $20 , which includes lunch. RSVP required.

LAKELAND, FL. – Polk Community College and The Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce of Polk County are pleased to present the first multicultural business event in Polk County this coming May 17, 2008.
